1 General Provisions

1.1 Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 7m77 platform and all services, gaming content, payment operations, and promotional offers under it. By creating an account on 7m77 or using any of its services, you agree to every clause of these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account at 7m77 you must provide accurate and complete personal information. If an account is created with false information, 7m77 has the right to close that account and forfeit all balances.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and any earned bonuses or winnings may be forfeited. The single account policy applies to users sharing the same IP address, device, or payment method.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify the 7m77 support team immediately. You are responsible for all transactions made on your account.

2.4 Account Verification

7m77 may request a national identity card, passport, or bank statement at any time to verify your identity. 7m77 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 7m77 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods for deposits are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposit processing is generally instant.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account must be fully verified and all wagering requirements must be met before requesting a withdrawal.

3.3 Payment Method Restrictions

• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 7m77 reserves the right to conduct any necessary investigation into suspicious transactions.
• Any bonus credited against a deposit that is subsequently reversed will be cancelled.

3.4 Currency

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳32,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x and is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the terms explicitly permit it.
• 7m77 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus programme at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 7m77 reserves the right to investigate and forfeit the bonus.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game result becomes uncertain due to server disconnection, software error, or any other technical issue, 7m77 reserves the right to void that round and return the wagered amount.

• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Colluding with other players.

7m77's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Tier advancement is based on gaming activity.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

• Bronze tier: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold tier: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6.3 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP benefits are provided at 7m77's discretion and may change at any time. VIP benefits may not be combined with other bonuses.

7 Responsible Gaming
